What are your opening times?

Greenwich Packaging head office is open:
Monday – 9am – 5pm
Tuesday – 9am- 5pm
Wednesday – 9am- 5pm
Thursday – 9am- 5pm
Friday – 9am- 5pm
Saturday – Closed
Sunday – Closed
The office is closed over Bank Holiday and weekends; however, orders can still be placed through the site. All orders will be despatched the next working day.

How can I contact Greenwich Packaging?

Please visit the ‘contact us’ page. You will find email and phone numbers to get in touch. You can also contact us through the chat bot at the bottom of the screen where one of our team member will be happy to help.

Is it possible to order without an account?

You have the option at the point of checkout to register as an account customer or continue as a guest. Registering an account has added benefits, allowing to easily reorder and view past order details.

Do I have access to view my previous order?

Your previous orders can be found within your account. Please log in to your account to view. You can create an account at the point of checkout, or by clicking at the top of the webpage.

What is your order cut-off time?

All orders placed by 11 am will be despatched the same day for NEXT DAY delivery. Orders received after 11 am will be despatched the next working day. Orders are despatched Monday – Friday. Any orders received over Saturday or Sunday will be despatched Monday (except Bank Holidays).

Is there any minimum quantity I should order?

All products are sold either by sleeve or by box quantity. This enables us to offer you the best possible price on these products. Ordering by the box will allow for the best possible price. All product quantities can be found within the product descriptions on each page

Do I get any benefits for bulk orders?

Yes, firstly orders above the value of £100 (excl VAT) gets FREE delivery. Moreover if your order value is more than £250 please contact us for bulk discount.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through PayPal. For bulk orders, pplease get in touch so that we can share our bank account. We also offer credit facility upon successful application

How do I track my order?

You will receive an automated e-mail with the tracking information as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. You will also be able to log in to your account to access the tracking reference. All parcels are sent through DPD.
